We provide a range of resources and assistance to those supporting and advising third sector organisations

How we can help

Our experience of working with charities allows us to help them to measure the results of their work and use evidence to learn and improve performance. We provide support providers with the tools to use with the organisations they work with and help the communities they serve.

Helping you to help others

We actively seek partnerships and activities that can extend our reach. We recognise that some organisations need local support so CES trains and supports organisations and individuals that can pass on and share our knowledge in the course of their own work.

We build the skills, knowledge and confidence of support providers in helping frontline voluntary and community organisations with performance management, believing that groups can become more effective and efficient, and better able to demonstrate the difference they make by:

• capturing and assessing their progress through monitoring and evaluation
• meeting expectations by implementing quality standards
• thinking ahead and staying on track with strategic planning.

We have a wide range of support available assist you in helping your groups access the benefits of improving their performance. We also provide certified training as Outcomes Champions and PQASSO Peer Mentors and will promote the services of those who pass on our website so that you can cascade your learning.

The Evidence Competition January 2013
