CES and NCVO working towards merger
The announcement follows the approval of a draft transfer of undertakings by NCVO’s board last week, and a similar approval from CES’s board earlier in the month. NCVO and CES will now work on the final details of the merger.

A theory of change is a tool – often set out as a visual model – that helps organisations map the change they want to achieve, and how they will achieve it. A completed theory of change will clarify the need you are addressing and what you should do to meet the need – linking these clearly to your short- and long-term outcomes, and your overall impact.
